Firefighter Houston

This year for Christmas, my son was over the moon excited to receive a firefighter costume from his grandparents. So when I asked if he'd be interested in a photoshoot with his costume at the station, he was ecstatic!

Ever since Dalton started with the fire department, Houston has become obsessed with everything firefighter! His favorite thing to do lately is play with toy firetrucks, create wreck scenes with his Hot Wheels, and talk on his radio. He can come up with the most creative and detailed stories about the calls he ran and his "career as a firefighter". During this special shoot at the station, Houston loved sitting in all the trucks, practicing spraying water, and posing with all the tools. It's so hard as a mom to look into that sweet little face and have to realize just how quickly he is growing up and the little man he is becoming. I made sure to snap a few photos too of Houston with Dalton both in their gear, and my heart just melts at the results. Daddy is his hero, and I'm so glad for this little memory to tuck away for when my little boy is all grown.
